Presently, there is no other alternative to paying online.
Once you have made the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the “accounts” page from where you can access the program. In case your purchased program is not added in your account either wait for 24 hours or kindly mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have forgotten your password or username to login, please search for the mail you have recieved from Socialigence after registration in your inbox and use the same details. If you have deleted the mail, please write us on email@example.com
If you can’t login, first ensure that you are using the correct username and password. You can crosscheck them from the details mentioned in the email you have received from Socialigence at the time of registration. Moreover, make sure that while entering the details, letters are in the same type-case, you have not kept caps-lock ‘on’ accidentally and that there is no extra space between the letters.
The speed of video buffering completely depends on the speed of internet provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider). So, please ensure that the connection you are using to access the website is an apt one to watch videos. Moreover, you can also keep video idle on paused mode and wait till it buffers completely.
Yes. The website is compatible with all screen-sizes. However, to ensure the smooth access of videos and all the other sections of the website, please use the latest version of browser (preferably Google Chrome).
No, all of our online trainings utilize a web-browser interface. So, nothing will be shipped.
Yes! You can retake the test as many times as you like. But we recommend that if you have not been able to clear the test then you should again go through the video-lessons thoroughly, make notes, and then take the test. This would help you derive the best out of the training course.
Doing so would be illegitimate as well as counterproductive because our tools are licensed for individuals and even the certificate is allotted only to the person who has been granted the valid username. Moreover, sharing the account doesn’t let you track your progress as well as it should happen. It would also deprive the illegitimate users from getting the additional benefits that we at Socialigence intend to pass on to our users at opportune times.
Thus, we would encourage you to keep your account exclusively for private use and encourage others to take their own individual accounts at Socialigence.
Every video of the course is available in both ‘Hindi’ and ‘English dubbed’ versions. You can switch to ‘English Dubbed’ version of the video or back to ‘Hindi’ using ‘HD’ button on the video-bar.
