How to create a login?

Please visit Login/Register page to get yourself registered. Once you are registered, you will be able to login from the same page.

What to do if I have registered and still haven't received a login-id & password?

Once you fill up the registration form and submit it, within a few minutes, you will receive an email from Socialigence with the login details (username and password) in it. If you don’t find the email in your inbox then please check the Spam folder. If you don’t find it even there, then please write to us at support@socialigence.net

Is there an alternative to online-payment if I want to pursue online-course of Socialigence?

Presently, there is no other alternative to paying online.

What to do if I have made the payment and still can't access the course.

Once you have made the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the “accounts” page from where you can access the program. In case your purchased program is not added in your account either wait for 24 hours or kindly mail us on support@socialigence.net

What to do if I have forgotten the password?

If you have forgotten your password or username to login, please search for the mail you have recieved from Socialigence after registration in your inbox and use the same details. If you have deleted the mail, please write us on support@socialigence.net

What to do if I can't log-in?

If you can’t login, first ensure that you are using the correct username and password. You can crosscheck them from the details mentioned in the email you have received from Socialigence at the time of registration. Moreover, make sure that while entering the details, letters are in the same type-case, you have not kept caps-lock ‘on’ accidentally and that there is no extra space between the letters.

What to do if the videos are taking far too much time to buffer?

The speed of video buffering completely depends on the speed of internet provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider). So, please ensure that the connection you are using to access the website is an apt one to watch videos. Moreover, you can also keep video idle on paused mode and wait till it buffers completely.

I am facing problems in accessing course/videos. What should I do?

Please visit system requirement section and follow the instructions. If the problem is not resolved, please mail us at support@socialigence.net

Are your training tools compatible with iPad, tablet or mobile?

Yes. The website is compatible with all screen-sizes. However, to ensure the smooth access of videos and all the other sections of the website, please use the latest version of browser (preferably Google Chrome).

Is the training available on CD or DVD?

No, all of our online trainings utilize a web-browser interface. So, nothing will be shipped.

I couldn’t pass the ‘Test for Certification’. Can I retake the test?

Yes! You can retake the test as many times as you like. But we recommend that if you have not been able to clear the test then you should again go through the video-lessons thoroughly, make notes, and then take the test. This would help you derive the best out of the training course.

Can I share my account with others?

Doing so would be illegitimate as well as counterproductive because our tools are licensed for individuals and even the certificate is allotted only to the person who has been granted the valid username. Moreover, sharing the account doesn’t let you track your progress as well as it should happen. It would also deprive the illegitimate users from getting the additional benefits that we at Socialigence intend to pass on to our users at opportune times.
Thus, we would encourage you to keep your account exclusively for private use and encourage others to take their own individual accounts at Socialigence.

Do you have any different language versions of your courses available?

Currently, our online-courses are only in English. However, our customized classroom-workshops for organizations and institutions are available in Hindi as well.

I want in-depth learning. What should I do?

For in-depth learning, in addition to our online course, we recommend you to read both books by Dr. Sandeep Atre – “Understanding Emotions Logically – A layman’s guide to the foundations of Social Intelligence” and “Observing Nonverbal Behavior – An exhaustive guide to the essential skill of Social Intelligence”.
